Purchasing a gecko starts with an email or Facebook message requesting purchase. Please have the ID of the animal you wish to purchase ready.
When it is confirmed the gecko is still available, an invoice will be sent using PayPal, or a buyer may opt to sending with Zelle instead.

We offer payment plans on totals over $1000. 25% of the total is required as a non-refundable down payment. The remainder of the payment is due within 30 days of down payment.
If remainder of payment is not remitted within 30 days, the total paid minus the down payment will be refunded and the gecko will be re-listed for sale.
A person who defaults on a payment plan may not engage in another payment plan at a later date.
Deposits are placed on a specific animal and are not transferrable to another animal.

Shipping will be through FedEx.
Geckos will be shipped in insulated shipping boxes with a cryopak to ensure temperature balance.
Geckos may be shipped to residential addresses or held at a FedEx hub. Not all FedEx locations are able to hold live animals, so please check before setting as your destination.
We will hold geckos until safe shipping weather on both ends of the trip as well as the corresponding FedEx distribution center in the middle (typically Memphis, TN or Indianapolis, IN). Safe weather is considered 40-90*F.

International buyers may purchase a gecko if they identify a transshipping service they wish to use.
We guarantee delivery to transhipper in the same way we guarantee our domestic packages, but once the gecko arrives at the transhipper, that is the extent of our guarantees.

Geckos are guaranteed to be healthy and alive when they reach your doorstep.
If there is anything wrong, we must be informed within 20 minutes of delivery with photos of the problem.
